We at Rapid Skips are continuing our efforts in putting procedures in place for the safety & well-being of our staff and customers due to Covid-19.
Rapid Skips is operating as normal, but we are taking every precaution to ensure we continue to follow the guidelines put in place by government.
We currently prefer if our customers make payments over the phone by card or by using our online booking system on our website, however will we are accepting cash on delivery in a sealed envelope (if possible) to the driver. On delivery of a skip, customers should remain a safe distance until the driver has safely dropped the skip. We do however now require a signature on the delivery/transfer note provided. The driver can provide a pen but if the customer can use their own that would be preferred. On collection of a skip the customer does not need to be in attendance.
These measures are in place for the safety & well-being of our staff who are currently working.
If at some point we have to close due to covid, all skips on order may be postponed/cancelled and all skips currently out will then be collected as soon as we are back operating.
